All issues should now be resolved.
The scope of the Bullhorn incident appears to be narrower than originally anticipated, and only impacts companies who have custom mappings around how their Contacts flow through to Invoxy from Bullhorn.
In these cases, any placements which were synced to Invoxy over the course of Friday 8th - Monday 11th Oct should be reviewed to ensure the Contacts are set correctly. If preferred, it may be easier to apply a bulk update to these placements in Bullhorn, so that Invoxy will pick up any missed details in your next sync.
Sending of Messages should be stable again and we have re-sent any messages that failed - you don't need to take any actions.
Any automatic syncing of the Bullhorn integration has been temporarily disabled while we correct the underlying Contact syncing issues. We still recommend avoiding syncing Bullhorn at this stage.
We're currently experiencing intermittent outages in our ability to send messages, and successfully receive some information from Bullhorn.
As a result, you may see:
- Messages in the Time > Messages tab showing 'Sending' for longer than usual
- Messages showing as 'Not Delivered'
- Contacts not syncing on placements from Bullhorn
The Invoxy team are investigating as a matter of urgency - this announcement will be updated as more information becomes available.
We recommend holding off on syncing your Bullhorn integration if you can. We'll advise here in due course whether any manual actuals will be required to address any of these issues.
