This issue is now resolved. Any affected emails will need to be re-issued for corrected buttons to be issued.
The team are continuing to investigate the cause of this issue to ensure robust measures are in place so that it doesn't happen again.

We're aware of a current issue resulting in buttons in emails from Invoxy not behaving as expected. In some cases the button may display as a broken link, and in other cases the button appears as normal but no action is performed when clicking on the button.
This largely affects:
New user invitations- User invitation emails were unaffected Approval requests- Approval request emails were unaffected
- Password resets
- New registrations
The Invoxy team are investigating as a matter of urgency - this announcement will be updated as more information becomes available.
