To invite a user into your Invoxy account, view their record under Manage > People and click the blue Invite button. The Invite button will appear for any users who have a valid email address entered, and who don't already have access to your company.
When you invite a user they will be emailed an invitation to join your company, based on the settings in your active New User type Message Template. Details on how to accept an invitation can be found here: Accepting an Invite
What will each user see when they login to Invoxy?
The details each user sees in Invoxy depends on the Role selected on their record. You can learn more about user roles here: Invoxy Roles: Resource, Admin, Contact and Consultant.
How can I tell if a user has accepted their invitation?
Once a user has been invited into Invoxy, a grey user icon will display on their record until they accept their access:
Once they successfully accept their invite the Invite button will disappear and their user icon will turn blue:
What if a user isn't receiving their invitation?
If a user is having trouble receiving their invitation you can check the status of the email under Messages, or resend the invitation by clicking Invite again. If required you can also change their email address and click Invite to issue a new invite to a different email address.
