To add an attachment to your timesheets, select Add Timesheet Attachment from the options button in your timesheet.
Follow the prompts to select the Placement the attachment relates to and the date the attachment is for (ensure this is within the dates you've recorded time for if your time approver needs to view the attachment). Upload your selected file, and apply a description of the attachment if desired.
Any uploaded attachments will display below the Work Summary section, at the bottom of your timesheets.
Timesheet Attachments for Approvers
Approvers who wish to view timesheet attachments will need to have login access to Invoxy, where they can view the attachments at the bottom of each candidate's timesheet, or by viewing the approval request within Invoxy.
Timesheet Attachments on Invoices
When an Invoice batch is created, the attachment will automatically be attached to an invoice if the invoice is for the associated placement, and covers the date of the attachment. Invoices containing attachments will display a paperclip icon.
Timesheet attachments can be viewed from in the Timesheet Attachments tab at the bottom of an invoice. Click the x to remove the attachment if desired.
Any attachments will be sent to all of the Invoice Recipients, as additional attachment on the invoice email.
Enable Timesheet Attachments
To allow timesheet attachments, an administrator will first need to select Enable Timesheet Attachments in the Company Settings.
