The Invoxy dashboard provides an overview of your account activity and the current status of your placements and time entries.
The overview figures at the top of the Dashboard provide up-to-date statuses of your pending timesheets, approvals, and current pay and billing values.
The Pending Timesheets count shows the total number of Resources that timesheets are currently expected for. Pending timesheets are made up of candidates who have entered time for the current pay period but not yet requested approval, and candidates who have a Work Pattern that indicates timesheets are expected.
Clicking on the Pending Timesheets count will take you to the Week Summary page for the current week.
The Pending Approval count shows the total number of approval requests that are currently pending approval. These can be found on the Pending Approvals page under Time > Approval Requests. These Pending Approvals have been requested by the candidate or an administrator, but haven't yet been approved.

The Current Pay total shows the total payable value of approved time entries that fall in the current pay period. The current pay period is calculated from the end of your last pay period and your Default Pay Cycle in your company settings, and can be viewed under the Payroll screen.
Clicking on the Current Pay total will take you to the Payroll screen.
The Current Billable total shows the total billable value of approved time entries that fall in the current billing period. The current billing period is calculated from the end date of your last invoice and your Default Billing Cycle in your company settings, and can be viewed under the Invoices screen.
Clicking on the Current Billable total will take you to the Invoices screen.
Placements & Monthly Summary
The Placements window shows all Labour Hire & Contractor placements that fall in the month that's selected in the Monthly Summary window to the right. Placements will be listed with the most recently added at the top, and will show the placement name, client, any labels that are on the placement, and the date the placement was added.
Clicking on a placement will take you to the setup screen for that placement.
The Monthly Summary window shows an overview of the status of your time for the selected month, with the following details:
Approved Time - The total of Approved hours and days for the month, compared to the total hours recorded (whether Approved or not).
Paid - The total paid value of time that has been paid for the month, compared to the total payable value of all time recorded for the month.
Invoiced - The total billing value of time that has been invoiced for the month, compared to the total billable value of all time recorded for the month.
Gross Margin - The Gross Margin % for the selected month, and the % increase or decrease in margin from the previous month. The Gross Margin % is calculated from the gross margin (total billable value of time, less total payable value of time, less total on-costs) divided into the billable value of all time entered for the month.
Revenue by Client
The Revenue by Client graph shows an overview of your monthly revenue per client for the current financial year to date. Revenue is calculated from the total billable value of all time entered and permanent placements made for that month.
Hovering your mouse over an intersection will show you the gross revenue for that client for that month.
Recent Notifications & Insights
The Recent Notifications window shows a summary of recent activities in your account, such as new placement creation; users accepting their invites to join your Invoxy account, completing onboarding, or updating their details ready for approval; and any errors returned from payroll integrations. It's a good place to keep an eye on any recent activity that may require action.
If you want to review older notifications you can create a Table report under Insights > My Reports using the Notifications table.
The Insights window allows you to add a custom graph of your own choosing to your dashboard. If you've already created and saved a Chart Report that you'd like to add to the dashboard simply click the add report button and select the report you'd like to show on the Dashboard, otherwise click New Report to create a new Chart report.
