If you'd like resources to upload a copy of their expense receipts in Invoxy you can select Enable Expenses in your company settings.
Once enabled, candidates will see a new My Expenses tab in Invoxy and any candidates with an Expense type Work added to their placements will be able to view and add their Expenses here.
While adding an expense, resources can click to upload a receipt, or on mobile they'll be prompted to take a photo of their receipt.
Expense Receipts for Approvers
Once an expense has been added it will be included in the resource's next approval request and will appear the same as standard time and unit entries.
Approvers who wish to view expense receipts will need to have login access to Invoxy, where they can download any expense receipts by clicking the link on the approval request.
Expense Receipts on Invoices
When an Invoice batch is created, any expense receipts will automatically be attached to the invoices the expense is included in. Invoices containing expense receipts (or other attachments) will display a paperclip icon.
Any attachments will be sent to all of the Invoice Recipients, as additional attachments on the invoice email.
