Invoxy integrates with Xero Payroll, online payroll software for Australian businesses.
When Invoxy is integrated correctly with Xero Payroll you can automatically send pay runs including hours, work and pay rates for each candidate for AU payroll processing.
Integrating with Xero Payroll
To connect Invoxy to your Xero Payroll account, go to Manage > Integrations, select Xero Payroll, and click Connect. You will be prompted to add your login details to connect to your Xero account.
Please note: If you're also connecting to Xero, please connect to Xero before you connect to Xero Payroll. If you connect Xero Payroll first the Xero Payroll authentication will no longer be valid after you connect to Xero. If that happens, simply disconnect both integrations and reconnect in the correct order.
Set Pay Items
Under Manage > Work set the appropriate Pay Item on any work items your resources will be recording their time against.
Once you're connected to Xero Payroll you're ready to add your resources to a Pay Calendar from the Pay Summary screen and send pays to your Xero Payroll account.

You can sync changes to your employees from Invoxy to Xero Payroll under Manage > Integrations > Xero by clicking Sync. If you've updated the Pay Calendar on any employees in Xero Payroll their new Pay Calendar will also be synced back to Invoxy. Syncing the Xero Payroll Integration from this screen won't sync any changes to employee Bank Account numbers.
Alternatively, if you wish to sync only one resource you can do so from their user record under Manage > People. Syncing from the user record will also sync changes to the resource's Bank Account from Invoxy to Xero Payroll.
