Inviting users to join your Invoxy company can be managed from Manage > User Access.

Administrators can only be invited from the User Access tab, but other users (Resources, Consultants and Contacts) can be invited from their record under Manage > People if preferred.
When you invite a user they will be emailed an invitation to join your company, based on the settings in your active New User type Message Template. Details on how to accept an invitation can be found here: Accepting an Invite.
What will each user see when they login to Invoxy?
The details each user sees in Invoxy depends on the Role selected on their record. You can learn more about user roles here: Invoxy Roles: Resource, Admin, Contact and Consultant.
What if a user isn't receiving their invitation?
If a user is having trouble receiving their invitation you can check the status of the email under Messages, or resend the invitation by clicking Invite User again. If required you can also change their email address and click Invite User to issue a new invite to a different email address.
