Invoxy integrates with PayHero, online payroll software for New Zealand businesses. PayHero allows you to easily pay contractors, temps and internal staff and automatically send payroll transactions to Xero.
When Invoxy is integrated with PayHero you can send timesheets for each candidate through to PayHero to manage NZ payroll processing.

Integrating with PayHero
To integrate with PayHero, go to Manage > Integrations. Select PayHero and press connect.
A pop up will open, prompting you to enter your PayHero login details - ensure you're an administrator in PayHero and enter your login details.
Once connected you'll be returned to the Integrations page - if the integration is correctly synced you will see a green light on the Integrations page for PayHero.
If you're an Administrator and your Invoxy account has already been connected with PayHero by someone else, you'll just need to connect your Invoxy & PayHero logins. Make sure you've been invited to PayHero as an Admin and you've accepted the invite.
Then click 'Connect to PayHero' under your company logo:
A pop up will open, prompting you to enter your PayHero login details. It's important that each user has their own Admin access in PayHero, as each Invoxy user needs to connect to PayHero using their own login credentials.
Under Manage > Work edit each of your Invoxy Work options and select the appropriate PayHero Work. When sending time entries to PayHero the selected PayHero Work will be used.
It's important to get this setup right, as the PayHero Work will then determine which Pay Item should be used to pay the candidate.
Existing PayHero Employees
When you integrate Invoxy with PayHero, we'll check whether any Resources in Invoxy already exist in your PayHero account. If they have the exact same Display Name in Invoxy and in PayHero, we'll automatically connect their records (if there are multiple candidates with the same Display Name in PayHero, we'll also check their email addresses to find the right match). If we don't find a match, we'll set them up for you.
Once connected, you'll be able to see the PayHero icon on the Resource under Manage > People.
You can sync changes to your employees from Invoxy to PayHero under Manage > Integrations > PayHero by clicking Sync. If you've updated the Pay Cycle for any employees in PayHero their new Pay Cycle will also be synced back to Invoxy.
Alternatively, if you wish to sync only one resource you can do so from their user record under Manage > People.
