In the Week Summary you can view the status of candidates’ time, approve or request approvals on their behalf, and send reminder messages.
You can tick the box beside individual candidates' names, or choose 'Select All Resources' from the menu options, and then either send a new message, approve time, or request approval for the selected resources.
The coloured icons on each time entry show the status of the time, and you can change the 'All Timesheets' filter in the top right to filter only to candidates with time of that status.
The Timesheets Pending status means the candidate hasn’t yet requested approval. If you click on the Timesheets Pending filter you’ll see both candidates who are yet to enter any time at all (provided a Work Pattern has been set on the Work associated with their placement), and candidates who have recorded time but not yet requested approval.
Approval Pending means the approval has been requested, but the contact is yet to approve the request.
Approved means the approval has been approved, but the time is not yet paid or invoiced.
If you click a candidate's name in the Week Summary, you'll be able to view just their timesheet. This view is how the timesheets appear to the Resource when they login, and from here you can view, add and edit time and request approvals the same way the Resource does.
The timesheet will show hours only, or at the bottom of the timesheet you can view the Work Summary for the week to see all time, expenses, and units recorded.
Clicking the down arrow for a day in the Work Summary will show a summary of that day's entries only, where you can delete each entry or click on an entry to edit.
