New contacts can be added directly from the Team tab on a placement, or under Manage > People.
Enter the details of the client contact.
If Approver is ticked, the contact will receive approval requests by email for any placements they are added to.
If Billing Recipient is ticked, the contact will receive a copy of any invoices generated for placements they are added to.
It's important to note that Billing Recipients receive all invoices relating to the placements they’ve been added to. This will include any consolidated invoices that also include details of other placements, if that client is set up to receive consolidated invoices.
