New resources can be added directly from the Team tab on a placement, or under Manage > People.
Enter the name and contact details of the candidate. Many fields are self-explanatory, but some important details include:
Display Name – If you're using any other software integrated with Invoxy, the display name will need to be an exact match between systems in order for them to sync correctly.
Email – Notifications and user invites will be sent to this address.
Default Start Time – When recording Hours in Invoxy the Start Time will default based on this setting. Time entries can always be adjusted to amend this.
Hide Time for Clients – If ticked, the Start and End times for any Hours recorded won't be displayed in Approval Requests or Invoice Attachments. This can be useful if you or the Resource record total hours per day (either in the Timesheets or the Work Summary) and leave the time entries as their Default Start Time, regardless of what time the candidate actually started.
Approver – If ticked, the candidate will be able to approve their own time.
Tax Number – The candidate’s registered IRD number for PAYE/Withholding Tax.
Withholding Tax – The percentage of Withholding Tax to be deducted from the contractor’s pay, if applicable.
Business – Tick if the candidate is a self-employed contractor.
Business Tax Number – If they are sales tax registered, enter the Business Tax Number, even if it’s the same as the candidate’s own Tax Number. If they’re not sales tax registered, ensure you leave this field blank.
Trading Name – The trading name of contractor’s registered business, if applicable.
