To add a new invoice template go to Manage > Templates, select Add Invoice Template or select edit from the list of existing templates.
From here you can add Placeholders in the Header, Invoice lines and Footer for:
- Billing; Name, Email
- Client; Name, Address
- Company; Name, Logo, Domain, Contact Name, Contact Email, Address
- Placement; Start date, Reference, Rate, End Date, Date
- Resource; Name, Last Name, First Name, Email
You can create Invoice lines for:
- A Subtotal Group
- Fixed Charge (amount)
- Timesheet Line
- Placement Fees
- Percentage Fee
- Text Line
Other formatting options you have include:
- Text Colour
- Align - Left, Right, Centre, Justify

How to Assign a Template to a Client
To add an Invoice template to a Client select the Invoice template you wish to use from the drop down list when adding a new client from a New Placement.
Alternatively, to change or add an invoice template to an existing client go to Manage > Clients. Select the Client you wish to edit and click the drop down option for the Invoice Template.
