The Messages area of Invoxy can be found under Time > Messages.
Administrators will be able to view all messages sent from the Invoxy account, while Consultants with 'Manage Time' access will be able to view all messages sent relating to their placements. Clicking an email will expand a full history of the message's send history, including when the message was sent, delivered to their inbox, opened, or clicked in.
You can search messages in the selected month by the recipient or sender email address, or filter to messages with a particular Subject or Status.
Please Note: Send history is only available for messages sent from December 2019 onwards. Any earlier messages will only display the time they were sent from Invoxy. Open and Click history is only available if the recipient's mail client returns that information.
Sending Bulk Messages
To send a message to users in your account, click the New Message button. You'll be able to select the users you wish to message, choose a template or write a fresh message, and send your message.
Use the Search bar to search by Name, Client or Label.
Click the funnel to apply filters, which will allow you to select only the people who have:
- Incomplete Time
- Approval Pending
- Certain roles: Resource, Contact, Consultant, Administrator, Approver
Choose a template to send to the selected users - the templates available to select from will be Reminder type messages, and you can customise the message after selecting the template. Alternatively, you can simply type a new message without using a template. Any placeholders in the template message will be replaced with the individual's data eg. First Name.

Click Send Message and the People selected will receive your chosen message to their email address.
