Invoxy integrates with KeyPay a cloud-based payroll platform for Australian businesses. Pay contractors and increase compliance through pre-built Awards and support for custom EBA’s.
We create pay lines in KeyPay directly from timesheets recorded in Invoxy for Australian payroll processing.
To integrate with KeyPay, go to Manage > Integrations. Select KeyPay and enter your KeyPay API Key (found in your Account settings under your name in KeyPay).
Once you've entered the API Key, press connect.
Select the KeyPay business you would like Invoxy to connect to.
And set the default pay category, location, and pay schedule for any new employees.
Once the integration is correctly synced you will see a green light on the Integrations page in Invoxy for KeyPay.
Sync New Employees to KeyPay
You can sync new employees to KeyPay from the Integration screen to create their profiles before sending a pay through.
The integration mapping from Invoxy to KeyPay loads standard fields from Invoxy employees and pays.
The following fields are taken from the Resource in Invoxy to new employee records created in KeyPay, and are kept updated to reflect the data in Invoxy:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email Address
- Mobile Phone
- Date of Birth
These fields are sent through to KeyPay when Invoxy first creates the employee, but won't be updated by any subsequent changes made in Invoxy:
- Tax Number
- Start Date
- Employment Type (defaults to casual)
- Pay Category
- Pay Schedule
- Bank Account
If you or the resource complete the TFN declaration form in Invoxy the details from the TFND will be sent through to KeyPay and kept up to date based on any changes made in Invoxy.
