Timesheet details and approvals can be attached to client invoice PDFs to give them full visibility of what the invoice includes. Attaching the timesheets and approvals is a great way to reduce payment lead times, as the client has all the information they need as soon as they receive the invoice.
Go to Manage > Templates > Invoice Templates and select the invoice template you wish to have the timesheets attached to. At the bottom of the template, tick Attach Timesheets to Invoice.
Make sure you have also selected the correct default template for your client on their record under Manage > Clients.

When an Invoice batch is run, any clients using a template that has Attach Timesheets to Invoice selected will have the timesheets and approvals attached to the Invoice in a single pdf attachment.
You can also view the time entries at the bottom of the invoice in Invoxy:
The Timesheet attachment on the invoice will show a summary by placement, with time grouped under each placement on a per candidate basis. The Date and Work the time was recorded against, Time Details (Start and End time) and Quantity will display for each time entry.
The Approval history show a summary of each approval and its associated dates per candidate.
