Simply click Accept in your email invitation to join your company's Invoxy account. You'll be taken to the login screen to create a new password.
Click and drag your mouse over the times on the day you wish you create a time entry for.
In the pop up that appears, select the correct Work Type, add any break times and add Notes as needed before selecting Save.
For Daily Rates, simply click Add Work and enter "1" to represent one day of work.
Click on the time entry you wish to Delete and select the Delete button on the bottom left corner of the screen.
Copy Previous Week
If you would like to copy your time entries into the week you're currently viewing from the previous week, click the options box in the top right corner of your screen and select Copy Previous Week.
Your time will appear as per the recorded time from the previous week.
Click the Request Approval button and all of your time that has been entered (but not yet submitted for approval) will be sent to your approver(s) for approval.
The time will display a pending label when the time has been sent to your approver.
