In the Timesheets screen you’re able to quickly and easily record time for each day of the week on behalf of your candidates - simply click in a cell and type the total duration of the entry for that day. If the candidate has multiple Work options you can add additional Work using the button on the left.
It's important to note that any hours recorded in the Timesheets will automatically have a Start and End time applied, based on the Default Start Time on the Resource record and the duration you enter. E.g. entering 8 hours for a candidate with a Default Start Time of 9am will create a 9am - 5pm time entry.
You can also use the menu options to Add Bulk Time (record an identical time entry for multiple candidates at once – only applicable if the candidates are on the same placement) or Copy Previous Week to copy time for selected candidates from the previous week’s timesheets.

Choose the day you wish to record bulk time for and choose:
Start and End Time
The time will be added to all those you chose to apply the bulk time to.
Copy Previous Week
Alternatively, if the same time is repeating for the a subsequent week you can copy the previous week for the users you wish to select. Simply navigate to Time > Timesheets, click the options button with three lines and select Copy Previous Week.
