Approve Request from Email
In Invoxy, designated approvers can accept approval requests straight from their emails, with no need to create an Invoxy account.
To view full details, click View Request to view the details of the request. From there you can view the request and choose to Approve/Reject the approval, and provide an optional reason.
The user sees that their time has either been approved or rejected and given an opportunity to go back into the app and resubmit their request.
Viewing and Approving within Invoxy
If the approver is a Contact who has been invited into Invoxy, they can view the timesheets and manage approvals within Invoxy. You can learn more about Contact User Access here.
